Hi I applied for the WHD on the morning that this year’s applications went live and recieved the standard reply that I would be notified when my application was processed it’s been a few months now and still not recieved any communication regarding my application or regarding any payment of the Warm Home Discount I meet the criteria for the Broader Group and as was stated in the guide before applying applications are on a first come basis I put my application in on the morning it went live can anyone advise on my application or the progress of it or who I should contact tbh there should be an information line to contact about your application thanks in advance for any help

Iam the same , but just checked last years and got that on the 06/02/2020 so hopefully I will give it to then ?
We are still auditing some application and will email you an update as soon as your application has gone through the audit cycle.
If eligible, it will be with you no later than March.
