I changed to bulb from 1st September when my initial monthly payment was taken. How long does it take for my payment to appear on the app… my balance is still showing as £0?
@Bazzer I believe this is now sorted out, but in general: payments leave your bank account, but then appear as pending on our side as they await clearance through your bank (this takes a few days so that you have time to cancel it).
They then reach our payments broker, who submit it to us a day later. It then appears as fully credited on your Bulb account.
