I have a smart meter was abil to send 1st readings in for gas & electric but this time I’m only abil to send in my electric reading,nothing is coming up for the gas can’t even get a reading from gas meter, nothing is coming up for the gas at all.I have sent photos in also.
Hey @archie470 , thanks for getting in touch. Your battery may have died on your gas meter. This would require a meter exchange.
