Why do Bulb not use readings if they arrive after estimates have been used ?
I have orovided readings at the end of every month but it all appears to be just hit and miss. My last orovided always amended the readings if any missed the statement date.
Our system isn’t set up to re-send you bills after we have sent the first bill if reads are sent over afterwards.
We just need your reads around the 28th, 29th rather than sending them around the 1st-5th when they are missing the end of the month.
