Receiving final bill and payment


I’m just wondering when I will receive my final bill. I believe I am due a refund, as you took payment from my account on 25 June, and then our new provider took their payment on 2 July - therefore we have paid for a months service from you that we have not actually used. We were already in credit in the account, but I haven’t yet received the final bill or a refund. Can you advise of when this will go through please?

Hi @Anna_117 it looks like we are still waiting for your final meter readings from your new supplier, when we get these we will generate a final bill
