Recently switched, can't login

Hi,

I’ve recently switched to Bulb on a prepayment meter. When I try to login to my account there is just a link to this community and the option to login with another email - no dashboard or account options.

Another problem is that I haven’t received my prepayment key even though I requested another one to be sent out when I was able to access my account.

I’ve tried contacting bulb through the help page but haven’t got a response.

i get the same, i dont even want to be with them now as i cannot speak to anyone in regards to my tariff and if they will put me on a prepayment meter
