Recently Switched

Hi,

I applied to switch to bulb on Friday 23rd, and got the welcome email. However, when I click the ‘Track your switch’ link on the email, and sign in, nothing comes up except ‘You have signed in as [my email address]’ and there’s just a link that goes to the Community page, and so it seems I cannot access my account properly. Should I be concerned about this, and is there an issue with my switch?
