I was told we could get rewarded for introducing a new customer - know how that works? Also when I login i can’t see the dashboard its just a blank space so I’m unable to see the usage, what I’ve paid, how much I owe, bills etc. The DD’s are being taken but I don’t have any way to see if the account s in credit or deficit. please help?

I’ve reset your MyBulb account, and you should now be able to access your MyBulb dashboard and see all the information you need about your account! You will just need to set up a new password if you wish to use password log in.
To be rewarded for introducing a new customer, head to the ‘Refer a friend’ page on your MyBulb dashboard. There you will find a unique link that you can share with friends and family - if they sign up through that referral link, you will both receive the £50 referral credit once their switch is complete!
