Hi I used recommend a fried I used the link I’ve had a payment taken from me and I’ve also had an email saying your providing me neither me nor the friend has had £50 yet please advise

When you get your referral depends on how you pay for your energy.

If you pay by monthly direct debit, the credit will be added to the bulb account once we start supplying you, or the person you referred.

If you pay by top-up, you’ll get an email from Transferwise a few days after you have topped up with your electricity key.

If you forgot the referral link, don’t worry! We’ll be able to manually add it on after =)
