When i join Bulb, i received a quote of £ 27 ish for my monthly payments. When i went to change the Direct Debit date. There was note telling me to amend my monthly payment to £35. I wasn’t quoted this… why is it asking me to pay £35 a month?? Also i gave Bulb a meter read too. I can provide previous reads if needs be.
The initial usage quotes from Bulb when you sign-up are based on only a few basic details and can be hugely inaccurate!!! So, when new meter reads come in there has to be an adjustment and in your case that was upwards!!! It happened to me. Just get used to it!!! Or reduce your consumption!!!
