Reducing an over-estimate

Hello all. I’m new here.
How do I tell Bulb that their initial assessment of my energy usage is far too high?
This is due to the fact that in my building hot water and heating are provided separately by a central source (it’s a council block and I pay them for the heating and hot water).

Just don’t worry about it. Submit your meter readings monthly and you’ll be billed only for actual usage.
