Hi, My neighbour completed her switch today using my referral code. I’ve seen her confirmation email to say she’s switched. However you have emailed me saying she’s changed her mind and I’m not getting my £50 bonus. Can you please sort this out as soon as possible? Up until this evening I’ve been very happy with bulb. I sincerely hope this has been a genuine error because I have another friend completing their switch in 5 days and don’t want this to happen again.
