Hi, I recently transferred my supply to bulb using a referral link that my son sent to me. as I used it before the end of January, bth him and me were supposed to receive £100 but neither of us has treceived this - nor is the referal reward showing up on either account. how can i contact bulb to either rectify this or transfer to a different supplier?
To transfer to a different supplier, just switch as normal on their website.
