My friend confirmed their bulb account was transferred from their existing provider yesterday, but neither of us can see the £50 referral bonus showing in our accounts yet. Please can you advise how long this takes to get added?
If you are the referrer you should have had emails confirming the sign up and the switch and both you and your friend’s accounts should have been credited with £50 on the switch date (unless they are a prepay customer which works differently). If you didn’t then the referral hasn’t worked and your friend needs to contact Bulb with your referral link, name and post code.
If your friend can get in touch with us about the referral we can see about applying it retrospectively. As a rule we always need the person who was recruited to get in touch.
As @norman7115 mentions you will have received email communications about the process if they’d used your link. If not we can still apply it retrospectively, as long as they didn’t come through a referral site.
