Referral cancelled?

Hi,
Hoping someone can help. A friend of mine recently signed up through my link, but had a few delays in getting her energy switched over. She is still switching to bulb but I have had an email saying she’s ‘no longer joining bulb’ and that the £50 credit has been cancelled. Could someone have a look into this for me please?
