Sorry, none of us fellow customers on this public forum are able to add anything for you. You need to contact the Bulb team direct.
I’ve investigated your referral. I’m afraid, on this occasion we cannot credit the referral reward. This is because your friend closed their account before your switch was complete.
Our referral rules are:
- You can only be referred once to Bulb
- You cannot get credit if you came through a Price Comparison Website (PCW)
- The person referring needs to have an active account with Bulb.
- A member can refer additional properties but only receive £50
Your friend was not on ‘Bulbiversary’ so the reward would have been £50, not £100.
I can see that you have made use of your own referral link. There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make!
