According to my dashboard today is my first day as a bulb member, when will I and my referee get the £50 credit added to our accounts? Many thanks
Looks like you’ve already spoken to Patrick at Bulb account this and he agreed that Bulb would credit your account despite your referee’s account closing before the switch goes ahead.
Both the referer and referee must be a Bulb member on your switch date for credit to be rewarded.
I’ve manually added the £50 credit to your account. This means it won’t appear on your referral dashboard but you will be able to see it on the “payments and statements” part of your Bulb account.
