Referral fee not tracking

Hi, I’ve had 3 referrals track and get paid perfectly since I joined last year however my most recent referral hasn’t done anything. My friend has switched over is receiving the usual email trail about his schedule for moving providers to Bulb but nothing is showing in my App, His move hasn’t completed yet but is in process

Wonder what the issue is here?
