Referral issues

Hi,

Iv recently moved into a new flat and tried to switch to bulb using a referral link but the switch was cancelled as my landlord was in the process of switching to another supplier. This is now sorted and I so I have re-tried the switch.

As advised by a member of the bulb support team a few weeks back I redid the switch via the same referral link. However this time I got an email saying I couldn’t get the referral because I’d been with bulb in the last 12 months (I haven’t, I’ve just had the cancelled switch).

Could someone confirm that my new account and the account that referred us will sill get the £50 credit?
