Referral link

It’s now been 6 days since I made my first top up and I’ve received no email or link for me referral fee.

Called yesterday and still not resolved.

Is this a scam?

It can take up to 3 working days for Bulb to receive notification of your top up. Presumably they hadn’t received the notification yet. Did you top up gas, electricity or both?

Took 5 working days but it’s finally arrived, so consider it resolved.
