Referral payment

I recommended a friend - well my brother actually - he has switched to you but I have not received my bonus.

It’ll be best if you (or your brother) drop Bulb an email at help@bulb.co.uk (other contact details are available: https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- ) with details of the recommendation/‘refer a friend’ link your brother used and they should be able to get this sorted for you. This will then be credited to your Bulb account as ‘credit’ for future bills etc.
