I referred a friend via the link - she has informed me that you were making referral payments to us on 9 /8.2018 and we do not appear to have been made a payment could you please let me know how/when we will be given the £50
Purely as another customer. Is there any information showing in your “Refer a friend” section of your account dashboard?
It should show under either “Currently Switching” or “Complete”. You should also have received emails from Bulb advising progress. The referral is paid when the switch actually takes place.
