I had a referral due to complete on 17th and now we’ve reached that date it’s dissappeared from referrals and there’s no credit on the app. How do I see what’s happened ? Not sure if I should have gained £50 credit or not now !

Hey @smithy_579. The person you referred cancelled their switch before going live. So we won’t be able to credit you the £50. You should have received an email explaining that. Let me know if you didn’t and I’ll do some investigation.
