Friend used link to switch. Switch has occurred but no credit in either of out accounts yet.

It’ll be best for your friend (I suppose you could do this as well if you provide your friend’s details like their name/email address) contact Bulb via with details of the referral link used and Bulb should be able to look in their records and figure out why the referral bonus wasn’t applied (the credit isn’t applied instantly - only once the switch is complete after 21 days).

You can also check your account at and select “Refer a friend” and at the bottom click on the various ‘My referrals’ settings and hopefully it’ll show up there as ‘Currently switching’.
