I’m just another customer, but your query is a little difficult to understand.

To better understand your situation, if you are trying to refer your friend then in theory means they have not yet joined FreeBMD and hence their details will not show up on the system.

If you could please clarify hopefully one of us customers can help you until the Bulb team come back on line on Monday.
