That’s odd - for some reason the referral didn’t get correctly recorded. There are a number of reasons this could happen, but if you drop Bulb an email (see How to get in touch – Bulb ) with the referral link you used (or your friends details), they should be able to look into it and find out why it didn’t happen and let you know and, if it should have counted as a referral link they will correct your account.
