Has anyone experienced that when you refer a friend they dont receive email from bulb to join

Hi @Tahera - normally they should get an email on the same day (often within a few minutes) but these emails will have been delayed last night when a server went down that’s used by an independent company we send emails through. They should have been sent now though, so if your friend still hasn’t received an email, it’s most likely to have gone to their spam/junk or Promotions folder in Gmail
