Referred payment not gone through

Its now some time since I referred my elderly Parents on to Bulb. I used my link and did all the paperwork as I have Power of attorney and the transfer was completed and standing orders etc made. To be honest the system crashed before I could complete the forms the first time so I did it again without fault. Can someone look into this I can give account details. It always says give it time, 1st payments have to be made etc but its now months
