Referring a friend

I have twice sent a referral for the same friend to you over the past 2 months and neither of us has received a response.

Firstly, this is a customer forum not a Bulb service desk. Most of the replies you get here will be from other customers, like me. If you want a response from Bulb, best to contact them directly using the various customer service channels listed at the bottom of the Help page.

What response are you expecting? You send your referral web link to your friend, they click it, and then fill out the switching form. How far through this process have you managed to get? Where is the “missing” response?

I can honestly say you have not sent me a referral over the last two months. This is a response from a fellow customer. You really need to contact Bulb direct?
