I completed my switch yesterday but haven’t received £50 referral credit?
I made first payment in advance manually via phone as my Direct Debit details was wrong.
But my account section shows me that you still waiting for first payment on 12 September? Thanks!
@Mogolent it looks like the £50 is credited, now.
Payments take a little while to clear through - they leave your bank but there’s still a couple of days where they don’t clear through ours so that you’re protected under direct debit indemnity (this gives you time to dispute payments). Once they’ve cleared through our bank they show up on your account.
