Refine a quote

Hi, I am confused to weather you accept pre payment meters or not. On your “refine a quote” page, when I select “pre payment meter” I get a pop up message saying “Unfortunately, we can’t supply prepay at the moment so we can’t complete your switch. We’re working hard on getting this set up, so drop an email to join@bulb.co.uk and we’ll let you know when we can bring you on board.”

Hi @Larry123 we do now do prepay meters, I’m not sure why that message is popping up (are you on our normal bulb.co.uk page, on a laptop/computer? Or are you on our mobile site? We’ll have to get that sorted). If you head over to https://quote.bulb.co.uk you’ll be able to sign up with your prepay meters

Plus you can get a quote and everything there
