Refund after closing the account

Hello,

I closed my account with bulb a week or so ago. I thought I was eligible for a refund due to credit but I have not received a refund and I cannot check either since the account details seem not to exist anymore.

What can I do to claim refund/check?

Hi @mistrellojacopo,

I have just sent a final bill to your email account and refunded the credit left in your account. This can take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account :slight_smile:
