Refund and chart usage

Monday morning i will take legal action against Bulb company about my refund getting reimbursed i’ve got more than £200 in credit to be paid back and they’re telling me i’ve gotta wait for 6 week’s well that’s not in my contract or in T&C’s I haven’t change supplier for that, only the property.
Told them on phone and e-mail i need my money back also they’re chart’s never worked for me even with smart meter already fitted, thinking about changing supplier and getting legal action against them.
What a joke.
