Refund credit

Hi

I was advised i was going to get a refund by Yasmin, she advised that the direct debit was cancelled but i have updated that last week. When would i be able to get a refund?

Hi @philakhan, it sounds like we might need to process the refund again if you’d like it sent to a new bank account.
