I have now switched away from Bulb and can’t log into my account. The last time I logged in I had about £198.00 credit. The new supplier took over my supplies on 15th July 2018. When will I get my final bill from Bulb and my refund. many thanks.
@Ticketagentsearch We’re just waiting to receive your closing meter readings from your new supplier so that we can issue a final bill (this can take a little while as they have to send it through independent regulators first, who then send it over to us). Once we’ve got these and sent the bill out, any credit due to you will be refunded back to your bank account.
