I would suggest you follow the process in https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115003405632-How-do-Bulb-payments-and-statements-work- there may be reason why a refund cannot be made or to to arrive at the amount of credit. Thus is an open forum and it posting any personal details here is not a good idea.
