Refund of credit on account and how to achieve the impossible

I require a refund of credit on my account … after 11 email requests , submitting “several” updated readings , continually receiving the same automated reply to “check eligibility” (which i am) and thus far no luck whatsoever … anyone any ideas how to actually get a refund ?? my account is billed up to date correctly and up to date readings been provided … im at a complete loss, so far customer service is NON existent

Cancel your DD and let your next few bills eat into the credit??
