Refund required and still not fixed my address nearly 13 month later

Hi there ,
I’d like to request a refund from my account please, as I can’t get any help on chat it’s always unavailable.

Also how many times do I need to contact you guys before you get my address fixed , no other provider has this issue that you do

Not really happy and it’s
Frustrating now , please sort this for me.
