Hi I have built up a good amount of credit and have another 3 switching today once these are complete can I have all my credit refunded back to me except my bill amount?

Hi Katie_C93 that’s exactly right. You can give us a call on 0300 30 30 635 from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) to do this over the phone. Though I would keep in mind that we do expect you to build up some credit during summer that will help cover your winter usage.
