I have recently closed my bulb account and received an email on August 6th, informing me my account was £115 in credit and it would be refunded back to me within 2 weeks. It’s now almost been 3 weeks and I’ve not received the refund ?

Hi @lauren9047. Looks as though you’ve cancelled your Direct Debit. This means we won’t automatically refund the credit on your account. I’ve now requested the credit to be refunded to your bank account. This should be with you in the next 5 working days.
