I have recently closed my account, there is credit on my account, and it states a refund is due, how do I get this?

I would assume Bulb are waiting for the meter reading which you supplied to your new supplier (assuming you have switched) to be forwarded to them to enable preparation of your closing bill. It can take up to six weeks after your switch.
