refund

I sent an email on the 11/02/19 asking for a refund to help@bulb.co.uk and got not response whatsoever.

Ive noticed today since logging in that they have introduced a refund button which is why they maybe could not be bothered to respond to my email for the last 2.5 weeks.

now Ive clicked the button and get this:

“Something’s gone wrong and your refund request hasn’t gone through. You can wait and try again later, or if it’s urgent get in touch with us.”

im not keen on getting in touch because they didnt reply the first time. what do i do to get this fast tracked?
