Hi, I recently closed my account and received an email with last bill included. I am in credit and waiting for refund. It usually takes 2 weeks but it is already more than that.
Please let me know when I should expect the refund on my bank account.

Usually it does only take 2 weeks after you get the final bill if everything has gone smoothly. If it’s been longer than this, it’s best to get in touch so that we can get it sorted for you.
