I spoke to you last week and was told that you require a credit balance of one month’s payment. The account is now over £180in credit. Can you therefore organise a refund of £78.61 please?
I’m afraid I don’t recall the time you spoke to me last week. Do you perhaps mean you spoke to someone at Bulb, as opposed to anyone on this customer discussion forum?
I’d suggest you ask someone at Bulb to handle the refund. You could also search the knowledge base (access via the Help link at the top) and search for the word “refund” which will explain the process.

I can see we’ve since refunded you. By all means get in touch by chat, phone or email and we’ll refund any excess in your account. Or you can lower your payments in your online account and use up the credit in there.
