Refunds on account

Trying to get refund but app keeps crashing. Any ideas how to resolve?

We’re unable to process your refund as you don’t have sufficient credit in your account.

For a refund, we ask for up to date meter readings and a month’s worth of credit in your Bulb account to cover next month’s statement.
