Regarding aggreed read dispute

Hello, could you please contact our previous energy supplier Scottish Power and give them our gas meter readings (which is 12446) of the 11th of December (when we switched).
They bugging us to pay the final bill which is based on estimated meter readings though I contacted them to submit the actual ones. However, they told me that the new supplier (you) needs to contact them to submit the readings so they can recalculate the bill.
