I’ve just read a help thread saying statements are only available online. I am a blind customer. Isn’t it a legal requirement to make amendments for certain disabilities? I need paper statements in large print or I can’t read my bills. My phone can receive emails but isn’t easy to read from.

We also send our communication by post if a member would prefer so and are able to ensure that the layout, font, etc. are suitable to read if you are, for example, registered blind.
