I applied to bulb for the new year for a better price than my current supplier, I still have some money to pay to the old supplier and tried to arrange payment with them but they are claiming they haven’t received contact from yourselves for part of the transfer. They said they received for the gas but not the electricity and wouldn’t arrange payment of my previous bills until this was sorted. Can you help?
Hey @AndreaWilliams94 this is quite odd! I can see that we tried taking over your electricity but your current supplier has objected to the switch. We can try the switch again, but if the account is in debt your current supplier will object again. Can you try arrange this payment with them again?
