Replacement Key

Hi, I’m in urgent need of a new electric key, tried phoning customer services and they are not open until
2 jan. I have no elec and have 3 kids at home. Can anyone suggest what I can do?

These are our opening hours over the holidays:
24 Dec: email and chat only
25 and 26 Dec: emergency only
27 and 28 Dec: email and chat only
29 and 30 Dec: emergency only
31 Dec: email and chat only
1 Dec: emergency only
