Request Smart Meter for Gas

Hi

How do I go about requesting a smart meter for my Gas supply please? I have one for electricity (which seems to confuse your systems as it says “you already have one” - which I do for electricity)

It’s one of those that are half buried in the ground which I know means it’s not straightforward but I would like to at least register interest and get in the queue if possible please!?

Hey @generalpt Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.

At the moment we cannot do the smart meters for those half in the ground or known as semi concealed.

We will be working to get this resolved when we can however in the meantime I have added you to the waiting list so we can be in touch when its ready.
